Overview

The Usage page gives you a view of how much your team is using Interact and what it costs. It helps you understand adoption trends and keep track of AI spending. Go to Settings → Usage to view your usage data.

What you can see

Usage is displayed as a chart with two views:

Switch between views using the toggle above the chart.

Metrics explained

MetricWhat it counts
ChatsThe number of chat sessions started with any agent
MessagesThe total number of messages sent across all chats (one chat can contain many messages)
CostThe estimated AI model cost for all agent runs in the period
Costs are estimated based on model usage. They can slightly differ from your actual invoice. Contact us for any billing questions.

Usage is read-only

The Usage page is informational only — there are no settings to configure here. If you notice unexpected spikes or want to understand cost drivers, check which agents have the most active jobs under Agents → Jobs.
