Overview
The Usage page gives you a view of how much your team is using Interact and what it costs. It helps you understand adoption trends and keep track of AI spending. Go to Settings → Usage to view your usage data.What you can see
Usage is displayed as a chart with two views:| View | Time range | Metrics shown |

| Monthly | Last 12 months | Chats started, messages sent, total cost |
| Daily | Last 90 days | Chats started, messages sent, total cost |
Metrics explained
| Metric | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Chats | The number of chat sessions started with any agent |
| Messages | The total number of messages sent across all chats (one chat can contain many messages) |
| Cost | The estimated AI model cost for all agent runs in the period |
Costs are estimated based on model usage. They can slightly differ from your actual invoice. Contact us for any billing questions.
